For every Vendor service included in a tour, you will create an Ops record in which you can manage payables, and from which you can generate a number of reports as you finalize a tour.

In the Res Module, create and maintain reservation records for travelers who register directly or via a Group Leader or agent.

In the TourMaster™ database, create a record for each scheduled tour departure.

In Vendor, maintain records for all of the suppliers that you purchase services from.

In Client, store contact information for individuals or agents doing business with you.  Track brochure requests, travel history, and travel preferences.
