TourTools® V2 Res Module: Commissions/Refunds -- If the Booking came via an agent to whom you will be paying a commission, enter the commission percentage and TourTools® will calculate the amount due. When appropriate, post the amount as a commission retained (deducted from the balance due) or as a commission check actually written upon completion of the trip/receipt of the balance due. On this same screen, refunds are also posted.
