TourTools® V3 Client Module: Activities/To Do -- Come to the Activities/To Do tab to log requests for information or create "activities" (e-mails, letters, faxes, etc.) that will be linked to and can be referenced from the Client record. On the "To Do" side, create reminders for yourself that are related to the client (to follow up on Jim’s request for the 2007 catalog, by example). Any time you generate documents related to bookings that are linked to the Client, that activity is captured in the To Do area. In this example, you can see that a Confirmation as well as a Personal Itinerary was printed for the Jones on April 19th.
