TourTools® V3 Operations Module: Itinerary Notes -- The notes that were originally entered in Vendor ultimately end up here in Operations, where they can be edited one last time before the final travel itinerary is printed. It is possible to create "filler" records here in Ops, which often serve as informational transitions between services. A "wake-up" call, with instructions for departure, by example, might be entered in what is referred to as an "Info Record".
