The Vendor Module – CRM & Inventory Management System

TourTools v5 has a powerful Vendor module that allows you to store/manage contact details, documents, and communications. It also features a robust inventory management system for the suppliers you work with to build out your tours.

In many ways, the Vendor module is at the very heart of TourTools. The Contracted Services created here are the elements that are ultimately bundled into the Packages being sold, thereby creating receivables. And, each of those Package elements has a corresponding Operations record, where Bookings meet services sold, thereby creating payables.
