TourTools® can be integrated with your existing web site or it can be integrated into a new site. Utilizing FileMaker's Server Advanced and PHP middleware, we can replicate almost any transaction that can occur in TourTools® on a web site.

Our prototype design for TourTools® Online enables publishing tour dates, daily itineraries, pictures, maps and prices and includes a guest book for visitors to join your mailing or emailing list and request brochures. The site has the capability to make bookings online complete with inventory control, real-time credit card authorization and email confirmations. Reservations are captured and automatically loaded into your TourTools® reservation and operation system. The site has last-seat sale capability.

For operators who specialize in pre-formed groups such as school performance groups, TourTools® Online has features developed for their needs. The operator can set up a tour, publish it to the TourTools® Booking engine with private access information consisting of a group user name and group pass code. The group leader can distribute the access information to their group members and the members can log into the site, review the itinerary, make bookings and payments.

The group leader can log in with the group information, make reservations for members, make payments and they can review a passenger report to track who has signed up and monitor their payment status.

We can integrate the TourTools® Online site into your marketing plan and it can be configured to accommodate travel agents and group leaders as well as members of the public. Because the site is integrated with TourTools® you have extensive reporting and communications tools already in place to manage the increase in business.

TourTools® Online is a separate license from TourTools®.
