Premium ToDo Module
TourTools® has developed an enhanced To-Do module that adds several widely requested features, like assigning to-do items to multiple staff members among other things.
What it Can Do
TourTools offers a more robust ToDo system for users that allows for some of the following widely requested features:
Enhanced ToDo Tool
- A new ToDo dialog screen that offers a cleaner look.
- The ability to select your ToDo date using a pop up calendar instead of hand entering the date.
- The ability to assign multiple users to your ToDo.
- The ToDo appears on all assignees’ Home screen To-Do list.
‘Home’ ToDo Items
- A new +Add ToDo button on the TourTools home screen for a ‘catch all’ To-Do that doesn’t have to come from a specific TourTools module (Client, TM, Bookings, Vendor etc..)
- The new ToDo is branded green and assigned the ‘Type’ of ‘Home’.
The cost to add this feature to your TourTools® system is $695.
