Getting Started with TourTools v5

This manual is intended to explain the basic functionality of TourTools™ and the “how to” of specific tasks. Because the software can accommodate diverse business models, the manual should be supplemented by specific notes taken during your training.

It’s important to note that, in spite of the fact that TourTools™ was initially developed decades ago, it continues to evolve and improve based not only on technological advancements, but also input and requests from its many users. That being said, some of the customization that has been incorporated in the system may not be widely applied and so is not addressed in this manual. If you see fields or layouts that aren’t explained but about which you are curious, be sure to ask…we’d be happy to do a “show and tell”!

● Improved access to data export functionality from primary areas of the system
● Much greater access to settings so you have greater control and do not need to request support for changes
● User-level settings that allow users to set color themes and certain dashboard and email preferences
