Emailing Documents, Lists, and Reports

Every module in TourTools has a Reports tab that has pre-built reports, lists, and documents that can be created and output (preview, print, export to PDF or Excel, or email).

Click on the Email button to create a PDF of the report and attach it to an email for sending.

Emailing Charts from the Dashboard

Charts can be created from the TourTools Dashboard and output (Save as PDF or Email).

Click on the Email button to create a PDF of the report and attach it to an email for sending.
