When a traveler creates a new account on your website, in TourTools Online, it shows up as a new Client record in the Clients module of TourTools Back Office – along with all of the address and contact information provided at time of account creation.

To look up or reset the account password for any Client, Click on the DETAILS button and navigate to the Web tab.
